Step by step

  1. Pull a double shot (18 g → 36 g) into your cup.
  2. Steam 6–8 oz of milk to silky microfoam at about 140°F.
  3. Pour the milk into the espresso, holding back the foam to a thin ~1 cm layer.
Tip: Latte = lots of steamed milk, just a little foam. Swirl before pouring for glossy microfoam.
