Step by step

  1. Combine 100 g coarse coffee with 800 g cold water. Stir until fully saturated.
  2. 12–18 hrsCover and steep in the fridge.
  3. Filter out the grounds through a paper filter or fine mesh.
  4. Dilute the concentrate about 1:1 with water or milk over ice.
Tip: Coarse grind + long steep = smooth and low-acid. The concentrate keeps about a week in the fridge.
