Step by step

  1. Add ~20 g coffee to the phin, level it, and set the gravity insert on top.
  2. 0:00Bloom with a splash of water for 30 seconds.
  3. 0:30Fill the phin, cap it, and let it drip over a glass (add condensed milk for cà phê sữa).
  4. ~4:30When dripping stops, stir; pour over ice for cà phê sữa đá.
Tip: A dark, robusta-heavy roast plus sweetened condensed milk is the classic — excellent over ice.
