Clever Dripper Recipe

The Clever Dripper is set-and-forget immersion with a paper-clean finish: add coffee and water, steep, then set it on your mug to drain. Nearly foolproof.

Step by step

1. 0:00Add a filter and 20 g coffee. Pour 320 g water and give it a stir.
2. 0:30Cap it and let it steep (the valve stays closed off a surface).
3. 3:00Set the dripper on your mug — that opens the valve to drain.
4. ~4:00Let it draw down fully, then serve.
