About Panama coffee
Panama shot to global fame with Gesha (Geisha) — a variety grown in the highlands of Boquete that has shattered price records and redefined what coffee can taste like.
What it tastes like
The famous Gesha is astonishingly floral and tea-like — jasmine, bergamot, peach and tropical fruit. Even non-Gesha lots are clean, sweet and refined.
How it's grown & processed
Grown at high altitude on the slopes of the Barú volcano, with meticulous washed and natural processing. Key regions: Boquete, Volcán (Chiriquí).
Best way to brew it
Light filter roast only — a coffee to savor black, never buried in milk. New to dialing in your brew? Our brew calculator and recipe guides have you covered.
Try Panama coffee
Fresh whole beans deliver the truest taste of the origin — grind right before you brew.
